Whether you’re bungee jumping at home, in a class, or hosting bungee fitness programs with multiple bungee setups, we have all the aerial bungee equipment you need to enjoy all the fun bungee has to offer. Each bungee fitness set comes with a thick and durable bungee cord, swivel, and extension straps.
When you install your ceiling hook, ensure you use a strong overhead mounting point in a room with a minimum ceiling height of 8 feet. Once you’ve successfully set up your bungee exercise equipment, ensure you have enough floor space, stand flat-footed, and then perform exercises, elastic-supported resistance training, or tricks! If you’re looking for extra bounce and resistance, consider adding two bungee cords.

Installing Your Dance Pole
Before you install your dance pole, ensure your pole is the correct length. Our standard poles can easily adjust to various ceiling heights ranging from 7’4” to 9’. If your ceiling is over 9’, you will need to use an extension.
After choosing the best pole for your space, place the bottom plate in your desired location and begin attaching the different sections of the pole. Then, grab a ladder and safely attach the top plate. Next, turn the pole clockwise until the top plate touches the ceiling. Once it’s secure and in a strong position, you should be good to go!
