ABOUT OUR DANCING POLE KIT

The Uplift Active Dance Pole is perfect for pole dance training and exercise at home or pole studios!With our portable dance poles, beginner and professional pole dancers can build muscle, increase strength and flexibility, and stay fit and healthy.Whether you want to use a static dance pole or the pole’s spinning mode, you canmake body inversions, jump, climb, spin, and just have funcreating pole dancing routines.

Our All Metal Dance Poles are finished in high-grade, electroplated chrome. They're 45mm in diameter and have an adjustable height. It can be extended from 2.235-2.745 meters (2.444-3 yards), suitable for rooms with high ceilings.

Theportable dance pole has a maximum weight load of 200kg (440 lbs) and can be tightened or untightened to allow forstatic and spinning modes. Available in a Silver or Gold finish.

Our dance pole kit includes the following accessories:

• 2 Main Poles (45mm diameter)
• 1 125mm Extend Pole
• 1 250mm Extend Pole
• 1 Adjustable Cover
• 1 9" Bottom Base (23cm x 23cm x 8.5cm)
• 1 15" Upper Dome (39cm x 39cm x 8cm)

Choose the Right Kit for Your Height

The standard pole can easily adjust to various ceiling heights ranging from 7’4″ to 9′. If you have a high ceiling over 9′, then you will need to get an additional extension:

• Ceilings 7.4-9 feet (88"-108") tall - choose the Standard Kit
• Ceilings 9-9.8 feet (107.75"-118") tall - choose the Standard Kit + 250mm Extension
• Ceilings 9.8-10.6 feet (117.5"-127.75") tall - choose the Standard Kit + 2pc 250mm Extension
• Ceilings 10.6-12 feet (127.4"-144") tall - choose the Standard Kit + 1000mm Extension

This pole comes in discreet packaging and weighs approximately 14.5kg/30lbs fully packed. Available in either a Gold or Silver/Chrome finish. There is a max ceiling height limit of 12 feet for the dance poles.
