Safely hang your yoga hammock overhead with the Ceiling Mount Hook. These mounts have many applications for overhead hanging! 

Each set Includes:

  • 1 Steel Welded Mounting Plate
  • 2 Screws and Washers for Installation

Maximum load of 150KG, or 330lbs.

This product must be installed by a licensed contractor or professional rigger to ensure the proper strength of your rigging point (not all beams are safe for aerial). Improper installation can result in injury or death. These Mounts are for aerial yoga and bungee fitness use only. These are NOT intended for use with aerial silks, circus arts, or any kind of aerial drops.

Well crafted

I was skeptical at first of hanging the bungee from an ordinary 2x4 stud in the ceiling, but the bolts that accompany this mount are well chosen and sufficient. The mount stays tight without any movement and after a few weeks of regular use I am confident.

Our kids- 11, 8, 8, 7 (and older and adults sometimes) LOVE this thing! Our 11 yr old wanted a gymnastics bar and we opted for this- she does amazing moves on it & we couldn’t be happier!
