We have four sizes available depending on user weight (always go with the larger size if you're not sure which is best, or size up if you are practicing more acrobatic movements):
Small: suitable for the following users' weights: 80-120 pounds or 36-54 kg
Medium: suitable for the following users' weights: 115-140 pounds or 52-64 kg
Large: suitable for the following users' weights: 135-200 pounds or 61-91 kg
X-Large use two Large cords together: suitable for the following users' weights: 200-300 pounds or 90-135 kg
I'm a springboard diver coach and wsnted to see if these bungees worked in our spotting. No, these were too aggressive, tight that did allow enough bounce. We ordered the small and just tried it but again just not for our sport. And it will be returned. Great quality!
