About Our Bungee Dance Harness 

This bungee fitness harness is intended for use with our bungee fitness set to support users in bungee fitness training. These harnesses are perfect if you’re looking to add additional bungee equipment to your studio or need to replace a well-loved harness. Check out our other bungee workout equipment if you need an extra bungee cord, daisy chain, or swivel.

When you perform exercises with the bungee cords and harnesses, you can improve your agility, increase your speed, and strengthen your balance. Additionally, elastic-supported resistance training is perfect for HIIT, low-impact cardio, and plyometric exercises. With our bungees, you can have fun defying gravity as you let your body fly! 

    The Bungee Fitness Harness Contains:

    • 1 Padded Safety Belt Harness (Wide leg for comfort and safety)

    Please note that we have two harness sizes. Always go with the larger size if you're not sure which is best, or size up if you practice more acrobatic movements. The large harness has less padding on the thighs to allow for larger sizes.


    Small/Medium Harness

    • Waist Size: 58—124cm
    • Thigh Size: 50—90cm

    Large Harness

    • Waist Size: 54—142cm
    • Thigh Size: 30—90cm

    Both harnesses are Unisex - S/M size fits children up to most women's US Pants size 14. The L size fits up to most Women's US Pants Size 20. Always measure to check, as everybody is unique!

    Le tour de taille est grand, ce qui fait qu'il y a une longue sangle qui tombe. Surtout, les sangles reliant le harnais aux attaches des cuisses arrières ne sont pas ajustable, ce qui fait que mon harnais remonte aux homoplates. Donc si tu mesures 1m60 comme moi, faut le savoir. Sinon c'est confortable.

    Works great for bungee class

    I am for the most part pleased with my harness. I have used it for several weeks now and the only thing that gets uncomfortable at times are the leg pads, they shift and move around, however I’m sure it’s due to our exercise routine moves. Overall, it’s nice to have your own harness and not have to always be adjusting a harness someone used before you.
