The shipping process was not ideal. My package arrived with everything hanging out of the bottom and missing items.
My moon was also scuffed up, which is really unfortunate (after reaching out, I learned that it’s just cosmetic damage.. but still)

But ever since I had these problems customer service helped me through it.
So Customer service gets a 10/10. I immediately contacted customer service with photos and concerns of my package. They were extremely quick to respond and empathic towards the situation and contacted manufacture to ask about the safety of the equipment after the way it was shipped. They also contacted fedex to make a claim about how terrible and unacceptable the shipping was.
My missing items were delivered to me quickly, with appropriate packaging. And cosmetic damage was refunded.
The product itself is very sturdy and works exactly as described.
