I am new to yoga but have been eyeing this rig for over a year. I’m very sedentary and definitely suffer from tech neck, upper back pain and headaches. I watched countless YouTube videos, both reviews of aerial stands and instructional. My intuition has been telling me I needed inversion therapy, seriously that’s the only way I can describe it! I finally bought this about 2 months ago. Everyday, sometimes twice, I do a couple minutes inverted, some stretches and one or two exercises for my core. Now I’m not in any better shape, yet, however the pain and tension in my neck and upper back has really improved!! I keep telling people how much I love hanging upside down too! This was honestly the best self care purchase. I put it together by myself, it stays up in the middle of my tiny living room. I will continue to learn moves on it and, I hope, strengthen my core.

I love my swing. Great fabric quality and a fast delivery. The only change I would make is to the carabiners. The ones that come with the swing catch, are small and are difficult to remove and put back on when cleaning. Other than that, the swing is awesome!
