We are expanding with new products and resources on everything Aerial Yoga, Aerial Fitness, Yoga and more. 


Over the last few years, our team has been heads down helping individuals and studio owners alike find the right equipment and setups for their needs. Aerial Yoga is the heart and foundation of our business, but over time, we've expanded in aerial dance, movement arts, and yoga equipment as well! 

The name Aerial Yoga Gear, while it reflects our core business, has caused confusion for some customers in those other segments, and we've decided it's time to choose a new name to reflect our expanded mission today. So, after months of careful thought and reflection, we are excited to share that we are changing our name to Uplift Active!

Uplift Active better reflects our mission to empower the community with resources and equipment to fly, encourage our customers to explore the power of mindful movement, be brave, and above all, to have fun. 

We've been humbled to work with truly inspirational individuals and organizations over the past 3 years, and to be even a small part of their journey feels amazing. To see what growth you achieve using our equipment, in your personal aerial yoga journeys, as well as businesses, is what keeps us excited to do this every single day. Without all of you, we couldn't be here. Let's continue to uplift each other, to encourage one another, and to grow together. 

    But that’s not all. Along with our new name comes a new website domain, upliftactive.com, with improvements and a new logo too!

    Our logo represents 3 core symbols. The icon can be interpreted as a cross-seated yogi, arms overhead, with wings. This represents our heart and history in Aerial Yoga. We will continue to provide the same, and better, high-quality equipment and resources to fly.

    The icon also resembles a lotus flower. The lotus flower is one of the most revered spiritual symbols and held sacred by many cultures and people around the world. The lotus blooms from muddy waters, floating from long stalks rooted in mud. This represents our commitment to growth and improvement, but to honor our roots, values, and integrity. 

    Finally, the bottom portion of the design incorporates an infinity symbol, which implies limitless possibilities, empowerment, and positivity. We want to stretch the imaginations of what we think is possible and encourage our customers to feel the same way in their own personal journeys. 

    Our website will be improving over the next few months with a fresh look, faster interface, and enhanced features.

    We're incredibly proud of what we’re building and look forward to what the future holds for Uplift Active. Our roots are in aerial yoga, movement arts, and soul, and we hope our new name reflects this better. In everything we do, we aim to inspire and uplift.

    Elaine is the owner and founder of Uplift Active. She is a passionate aerial yoga instructor with training and certifications in Aerial Yoga, Power Vinyasa Yoga, and Aerial Rigging. She enjoys practicing aerial silks and hoops in addition to aerial yoga and has over 4 years of experience helping gyms and studios find their aerial equipment needs.
