It is completely height-adjustable, extending from 5ft (152cm) up to 11ft (335cm) in 3-5 inch increments, allowing you to fit it in short ceilings indoors and expand to maximum height outdoors.
Easy To Set Up And Take Down
To attach your silks, trapeze, hammock, hoop, or Lyra, simply attach your gear directly to one of the two included top bar connectors on the aerial rig. These connectors are not found on cheaper rigs on the market. They make the most of limited heights and can be moved so that you can use the A-frame for multiple disciplines.

At the lowest height, it will require a floor area of 4.4 sqm, and when fully extended, it will require an area of 8.9 sqm. Please see the footprint photo for the floor space required at each setting above 8 feet. If setting the rig below 8 feet, allow at least 60 by 80 inches of floor space.
We do not recommend drops or doubles (multiple users at the same time) on this frame. It is not intended to be used as a swing set. Swinging forces on an aerial apparatus may cause a collision with the rig legs or cause the rig to move.
Aerial rigs are built to absorb shock loads, and the legs will move under your weight. This movement is expected. The feet of the rig should stay stationary, and the legs should return to the normal position when not in use. This product is rated and weight tested to failure by an independent engineering firm in Atlanta, GA, for aerial safety.
Are aerial rigs hard to set up?

The Aerial rig is really great. I haven't set it up to the 11 feet height yet, but I have done the 6th hole height by myself. I was disappointed that the poles came scuffed up. I believe this is a brand new rig so I'm not sure why there are so many marks on it.
I am almost 5'6 and ordered the 37 hoop which is great. The pink tape wrapped no problem, but it us definitely sticky. I need to get some chalk (I don't see that for sale on the site here). I can see how 2 roles would make it more comfortable, but the 1 role is fine so far. I love the Barbie pink color.
The setup is really great for practice!!

One thing: the top bar connectors, I ended up having to use a drill to tighten them, and they do not seem at all adjustable.
But overall a very good experience with Uplift Active!!

Thanks so much for your feedback, we are happy you love your Aerial Rig! The connector loops should definitely tighten down so they don't slide. You can tighten them down with the larger center screw(the smaller ones are for factory assembly). See attached photo.
One side of the loops may be a tad smaller, please make sure this side is on the top bar.
If the screw isn't turning, you can try using a little oil to see if this will help.

I've worked with several types of rigs... many much bigger and more cumbersome... and not able to use in smaller venues... but this rig is the most impressive rig I've worked with!!!! It enables us to perform in more spaces and is soooooooo beautifully designed that we can set up, perform and break down quickly and inconspicuously!!
