Focus your mind and achieve your goals with an abundance mindset. This meditation is intended to be practiced suspended in aerial hammocks, but it can also be done seated on the ground or lying on your back in a comfortable position. Find a quiet space and dedicate the next few minutes to improving your mental clarity and well-being.

Let's get started. Let your body sink into the hammock and get comfortable. Shift and move a little to allow your body to settle deeper into the fabric and find yourself in a comfortable position. Gently close your eyes. Now simply feel your body and listen. Notice each inhale and exhale become longer, slower, and deeper. Do not stress or become agitated if you do not hear everything I say. It is natural to flow in and out of conscious hearing when you practice mindfulness. The deepest part of you, your core self, is always listening. There is no way to meditate wrong. Simply listen without trying too hard.

At this moment, there is nowhere to go and nothing to do. Surrender your weight to the fabric, and notice how the silk cradles your body. Be comfortable knowing that, at this time, you are supported. Everything is okay. Nothing else matters right now.

In this meditation, we will explore the true nature of abundance. Abundance is not a circumstance or a condition. It has nothing to do with your relationships, money, or physical things in your life. These phases and conditions are temporary, coming, going, changing, and evolving over time.

As you are floating here, none of those temporary conditions matter. 

Abundance is never temporary. It is permanent.

Abundance is your natural state of mind, which underlies everything you experience in the world.

Abundance is the power to attract what you want.

Abundance includes energy, healing, partners, money, and feelings, defining your ideal life. But you need to be attuned to it to recognize it. If you cannot recognize abundance, you cannot enjoy it. Preparing the mind is the first step towards experiencing true abundance in your life. Take a few moments to return to your breath and relax more deeply into your silk. Focus your attention on each inhale and exhale.

As you float through this meditation series, your perspective will shift. You will begin to think about the world in a new way. You will recognize opportunities for what they are. Your opportunities multiply faster than they shrink. The circumstances of your life will begin to appear differently before you as you embrace abundance.
 
Abundance is collaborating, sharing knowledge, and trusting others. 
Abundance is a desire to grow, dream, and change.
Abundance freely offers to help others.
Abundance means the best is yet to come.
 
Take a moment to let these ideas settle in.

Your goal today is not to achieve that abundance. Today, we are simply focusing on your awareness. As you focus, your mind becomes more receptive. You begin to invite more positive experiences into your life.
 
With time, these circumstances will change. You will become more open, more affluent, and more loving. You will learn through your own experience that these teachings are true. It will not be long before you wake up daily feeling fulfilled, peaceful, and abundant.
 
Whatever it is you want to do, whatever you want to achieve, and whatever you want to have in your life begins with your state of mind. When you are ready, it will appear effortlessly before you. So, relax your mind. Relax your body, and just breathe. Deepen each inhale and each exhale a little bit more
 
Relax into this feeling for a few moments. Bring your awareness back to the room. Shift from side to side to awaken the body. Open your eyes. Open your mind to abundance.
